Return Policy
At Tech4Life Enterprises, we prioritize the satisfaction all our customers. If our stethoscope doesn’t fit your needs, leverage our 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, with original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Start your return by emailing at sales@tech4lifeenterprises.com. Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, reach out to us right away. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to resolving any issues promptly to ensure you’re completely pleased with your purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
