Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges – Shipping to mainland USA is free. For other states and countries additional shipping charges are charged based on your location.

Shipment processing time – Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time 1 – 2 working days, Transited time 5 – 6 working days. 

We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12 pm Eastern Time on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day.

(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.

Do I have to pay shipping charges?

You don’t have to pay any shipping charges for regular orders within mainland USA. For other states and countries additional shipping charges are charged based on your location. Expedited orders are also charged extra.

By when will I receive the ordered products?

Delivery will be done within 7-8 working days. Expedited orders will be delivered within 3-4 business days. As due to Covid-19 regulatory measures all courier partners are facing delays in pickups and deliveries. So, please allow some extra time.

How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area?

Tech4Life is trying its best to ship our products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. You will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours if we are unable to ship to your postcode.

Do you ship International?

We are happy to provide shipping to countries other than USA. International customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
