    I got this stethoscope for my wife to use at the hospital. In the past she has always used the more basic/cheaper styles made by Littmann. However, she’s needed something a little better now that she’s started caring for more at risk cardiology patients. The ear pieces are very comfortable to wear and don’t dig in too hard. The sound is definitely superior and can pick up high and low sounds in order to detect any irregularities or changes. It’s not too heavy to wear around the neck, but also seems well built as it’s already survived several drops to the hard floor.

This one is similar to the one from the hospital, sound is equally great and you’re able to hear the heartbeat very clearly.
