PAKISTAN CAN LEAD GLOBAL INNOVATIONS IN HEALTH CARE BY PRODUCING SMART AND AFFORDABLE TECHNOLOGIES

A highly informative seminar on Digital Health was organized by Tech4Life Enterprises on April 21st, 2018, which brought together several International and local speakers. The seminar was organized by Tech4Life Enterprises, with the objective to discuss the opportunities for improving health services through digital health. The seminar also marked the launch of ground-breaking technology, a Digital Stethoscope by the name of eSteth’. The seminar was presided by Honorable Secretary Health, Government of Sindh, Dr. Fazllulah Pechuho. Other key guests and speakers included Dr. Richard Scott from University of Calgary, Canada; Dr. Karim Ahmed Khawaja (Senior politician and Ex-Senator, Government of Pakistan), representatives from Jhpiego, Aga Khan University, NICVD, Jubilee Insurance. Dow University, Liaquat National Hospital, Sina Foundation, Aman Foundation and several other local and International organizations. This seminar proved to be extremely fruitful for the Healthcare Professionals who have welcomed Telemedicine with open arms in Pakistan. These professionals tried and tested the technology themselves and appreciated the efforts of the organization.

Dr. Shariq Khoja, CEO of Tech4Life Enterprises, Tech4Life Enterprises, highlighted the global achievements of the company, including a ground-breaking Telemedicine program with the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Dr. Khoja also announced the launch of highly innovative and low-cost digital stethoscope, which is getting huge demand from several countries in Asia, Africa and Europe already. Dr. Fazlullah Pechuho praised the efforts made by Tech4Life Enterprises and showed his support for using such innovations for improvement of health care in the province of Sindh.
