General Purpose:

The Software Developer is responsible for software and web development, testing, support, and stabilization of core technologies under a defined plan. The role includes providing technical leadership in software maintenance and supporting the software support team with backend technologies to ensure smooth operations and commercialization activities at Tech4Life Enterprises.

Job Responsibilities & Authorities

Develop features across multiple subsystems, including participation in requirements gathering, prototyping, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with the software development team, internal users, outsourced developers, and clients to enhance application performance.
Plan and deliver software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
Support and facilitate in-house and outsourced software development and support teams for product maintenance and enhancement.
Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Document and demonstrate solutions through technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, code comments, and clear coding practices.
Identify root causes of application errors and escalate critical issues to the concerned engineer.
Maintain records of configuration changes and schedule application updates.
Perform routine maintenance and monitor application performance metrics.
Analyze customer feedback and testing results to identify issues and implement fixes or escalate to relevant personnel.
Perform any other task assigned by the Manager.

Technical Skills

Strong skills in web research.
Hands-on experience with API integrations and backend development.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web UI design principles.
Knowledge of security principles, object-oriented design, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with MySQL and database-driven applications.
