Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager Operations- Tech4Life Enterprises, the Senior Finance Officer will be responsible for planning and reporting finances and accounts of the organization along with some additional duties of managing Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all Finance and accounts related activities.
  • Lead the execution of overall company budgeting.
  • Record, report and analyze the company’s financial transactions regularly.
  • Prepare reports for all the projects according to the requirements of the company.
  • Performing analysis of financial information to assist in decision making regarding cash flows and managing other liabilities.

2. Conduct Financial Operations

  • Implement an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, and procedures for finance and HR.
  • Collaborate with the out-sourced accounting firm for preparation of company’s financial reports and plans.
  • Ensures that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.

3. Manage Human Resource

  • Plan, direct, and organize the work of finance.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
  • Maintain relationships with bank, legal and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with majors in Finance or equivalent degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of managing finances and accounts in commercial sector.

Rs60,000.00 – Rs70,000.00 per month
