Job Description:
GENERAL PURPOSE:
The “IT Coordinator” will support the maintenance of Telemedicine Kits, provide IT support to health professionals refresher training, application support, project management support and end-user support for the project.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:
- Regular maintenance and monitoring of Sojro Telemedicine kits.
- Provide user training and orientation on hardware and Telemedicine software.
- Ensure travel to project sites according to the plan or need basis.
- Ensure timely communication between regional IT lead and end-users through continuous status information.
- Any other task given by the Manager.
Technical Skills:
- Strong skills supporting the Windows 10 operating system.
- Strong analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Information technology tools and concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills working with technical and nontechnical personnel at various levels.
Management Skills:
- Leadership Skills - Should be able to manage the stressful situations in an emergency and uncertain situation.
- Must be energetic, motivated and creative mind for troubleshooting and project management.
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
Key Attributes:
- Good command in English and Sindhi.
- Pleasant personality with flexibility on work hours.
- The candidate must have own conveyance (Car/Bike) for local traveling for training and troubleshooting. Fuel cost will be reimbursed.
