Job Description:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an IT Support Intern to assist our IT team in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT systems.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Support logistic arrangement and testing of devices.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and cybersecurity best practices.
