Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Designer and Video Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in visual storytelling, graphic design, and video production. This role will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials including brochures, banners, posters, presentations, and social media posts.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop branding and campaign assets.
Maintain visual consistency across all branding and design work.
Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos for marketing, training, product demos, testimonials, and events.
Use animation, motion graphics, and special effects to enhance video content.
Handle sound editing, voice-over integration, and background music selection.
Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, RunwayML) to enhance image generation, automate design variations, and streamline video editing processes.
Generate content ideas and drafts using generative AI tools to support social media, blog visuals, and internal branding.
Leverage AI-based tools for automatic subtitles, voice cloning, video upscaling, or facial animation for product demos and explainers.
Contribute ideas to campaign planning and visual storytelling.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, video technologies, and digital best practices.
Work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience with photography, 3D animation, or live streaming.
