eSteth Inc. warrants that ‘eSteth’ is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period spans to 1 year and begins on the day of shipment from eSteth Inc. This warranty extends only to products purchased from eSteth Inc or eSteth Inc authorized distributor or authorized reseller.

The warranty extends only to the original purchaser. It is not transferrable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from you. During the warranty period, eSteth Inc. Authorized Distributor or Reseller will replace defective unit with a new unit of eSteth Inc. whereas the buyer shall bear the cost of shipping and handling.

This Warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective (a) as a result of accident, misuse or abuse; (b) as a result of an act of God; (c) by operation outside the usage parameters stated in the manual; (d) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by eSteth Inc.; (e) by attempt of modification of the product; (f) as a result of war or terrorist attack; or (g) as a result of service by anyone other than eSteth Inc. or a eSteth Inc. authorized reseller or authorized distributor.

IMPORTANT:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, attachments not provided with the product or loss of parts or subjecting the product to any specified voltage.
